What We Are
JAY ELASTOMERS PVT. LTD. is a leading export-oriented company manufacturing Cast Polyurethane and Rubber Products.
We design our own formulations for Rubber and PU. We customise Products for them and also offer processing technology for Recycling of Waste Polymers free of cost as a social responsibility.
We are supported by OTAKA Rubber Industries, Japan for technical and raw Material support and with JFE Shoji, Japan for marketing assistance

Research and Development work has been a sustainable effort done over years!
Q.A. testing instruments are calibrated at regular periods.
Testing of Raw Materials is done with a standard reference document.
In process checks are done with calibrated meters for Isocyanate index.
Lab trial batches are a perfect tool to confirm the desired properties.
Finish products are tested as per specifications under ASTM OR DIN as the case may be
Well equipped laboratory and in house testing for most of the values with reference product is done

I am addressing in the situation where Business World is likely to get realigned with relationships, trusts and commitments will be redefined. More opportunities will be available for fair business practices.
Progress is a great attitude to be pampered and Business is always for profits. I always wanted to do business where exclusivity is its foundation, but soon realized my, core competence is innovation and to market any idea is altogether different challenge.
Polyurethane Products is such an example! I used Polyurethane way back in 1985, for waterproofing and corrosion protection after successful formulation and its commercial use. I moved on to take up challenging opportunity to develop a foam material for heat, sound insulation with waterproofing with application at site.
On completion of targeted work, the next opportunity knocked was Elastomers. We are market leaders for specialized rolls and other customized products for many industries.
This year we have associated with a 94 yr old Japanese company OTAKA RUBBER for the supply of formulated rubber compounds and technical support to produce.
Also, JFE SHOJI will be another Japanese company with us to do marketing of exclusive OTAKA products for Indian steel industry!

We researched resins from naturally occurring oils having good adhesion or bonding properties, minimal effect of UV Rays, Hydrolytic stability and good carbon-carbon, carbon-oxygen bond strength.
This is how “BIO BINDER” were generated.
Naturally occurring Oils like Castor oil, Cashew Nutshell Oil, Linseed Oil, Tung Oil which are known as drying oils also for better crosslinking properties, having functional reactive hydroxyl groups, selected.
